At Van-Del Contracting, we value the relationships with our customers on each project as much as the building themselves. It’s been that way since the beginning when Van-Del first opened its doors in 1974, using the Stevanus family garage as the shop.

From those modest beginnings, the company has grown into a vibrant and successful business with landmark buildings across the region that stand as a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality, integrity and, ultimately, to our customers.

Still located in the small community of Bloomingdale where it all began, but today operating out of a 19,000 square foot facility at 835 Sawmill Road with over 30 full time employees, the family business is currently run by second generation family members Bryan, Don and Tim Stevanus.

As much as things have changed over the years, one thing has remained constant -- the steadfast belief in always doing what’s best for the client and providing them with the best quality and value possible.
